19th International Conference ”Life Sciences for Sustainable Development”
About the conference
The University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine from Cluj-Napoca invites you to participate to the 19th International Conference ”Life Sciences for Sustainable Development” which is traditionally organized by our university, and this year will be held on 24th – 26th September 2020. It includes invited conferences, oral presentations, poster presentations, and round table discussions on recent scientific or technical results, under the European Programme “Horizon 2020” and Romanian Strategy for Research – Technological Development – Innovation in Life Sciences.
Conference description
The conference programme promotes the dynamic exchange of information, experience, innovative ideas and concepts in the field of agricultural and horticultural sciences, food science and technology, biotechnologies, veterinary medicine, as well as other interdisciplinary fields. Participants are invited to present the results of their research within the conference sessions as follows:

Important dates and deadlines
- 30th of June 2020 – Deadline for abstract submission
- 31th of July 2020 -Notification of abstract acceptance (as oral or poster presentation)
- 31th of July 2020 – Deadline for early registration fee
- Before 15th of September 2020 – Deadline for late registration fee

Publishing
The participants have the opportunity to publish for free their presentations (oral or poster) in English, full – paper, after peer-review evaluation, as research article or short communication in Bulletin of UASVMCN (indexed in prestigious international data bases) – journal series Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal ScienceBiotechnology, Veterinary Medicine, Food Science and Technology.
